Cooperation regarding supply of executive procedure of distillation fuel exports
Towards optimal use of distillation fuel in which used oil refinement process in the second refinery factories leads to production of oil and following holding expertise meetings with central headquarters of combat against smuggling of goods and foreign exchange and standard institute and industrial investigations of Iran and carrying out necessary studies in order to find out possibility for export of this product, finally the draft of executive procedure of exports of this product was prepared by central H.Q. of combat against smuggling of goods and foreign exchange and in cooperation with members of commission of oil products of the union and was duly studied and presently it is going through final stages.

Nomination of expertise work group for evaluation of essence of types of hydraulic oils
Considering that in refinement process of used oil in the oil second refinement factories, hydraulic oils are obtained in which some amount of light cuts are found which are similar to subsidized oil materials superficially, in case the materials are not really subsidized and are in essence an integral part of this product, but oil products exporters, at the time of declaring their own exported goods in departure borders and sampling of their consignments which take place at the customs in order to discern subsidized materials and while declaring that some percent of subsidized materials exist in their products, thus coming across numerous problems and in some cases their case of smuggling fuel is drawn up and formed and they are introduced to judicial authorities with heavy fines paid by them, thus, towards removal of any doubt and ambiguity regarding lack of subsidized materials in such products and based on approval of committee of easy commerce and combat against smuggling composed of representatives of H.Q. of combat against smuggling of goods and foreign exchange, standard institute and industrial research of Iran and union of exporters of oil, gas and petrochemical products of Iran it was decided and ordained that expertise work group composed of several experienced members of commission of oil products would deal with evaluation of essence of types of hydraulic oils and accruing results would be declared and announced to the central H.Q. of combat against smuggling of goods and foreign exchange.

Pricing regarding oil products
At the request of Bank markazi of Islamic republic of Iran, the commission of oil products brought into its agenda the subject of pricing for oil products and the basic oil price, engine oil and gear oil shall be fixed regularly on monthly basis and the said prices shall be declared to the said Bank through the union.
