IOOC's Helicopter Crashes in Southern Iran
Four people were reported dead after a helicopter of the Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) crashed in the Southern Khark Island, Persian Gulf.

"The IOOC's helicopter has crashed and there is no chance for finding its crew alive," an informed source told FNA on Tuesday.

Noting that the helicopter was sent to Abouzar oil platform to transfer an injured worker to hospital, he said the helicopter was flying towards a hospital in Bushehr but 10 minutes later lost communication with the control tower and vanished from the radar screen.

The source said that some parts of the helicopter have been found 15 miles away from Abouzar platform but the bodies of the crew have not been found yet.
